PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manual separating work between main paper and image receiving paper by suppressing a curl generated from a difference of material or the like between the main paper and the image receiving paper discharged from an image transfer machine. SOLUTION: In this image transfer machine 1, inserting image receiving paper R formed with an image and main paper P to be transferred with the image superposed together, through between heat roller pairs 41, 42 and taking out the paper from a discharge base 3 after the image formed in the image receiving paper R is transferred to the main paper P, a curl suppressing guide plate 7 is provided at a prescribed space apart on a discharge surface of the discharge base 3. The curl suppressing guide plate 7 is provided with a length in a discharge direction of at least 20 mm and arranged in a position where a clearance in a thickness direction is larger than a sum of thickness of the picture receiving paper and the main paper by 0.3 to 2 mm.
