PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of reducing the number of parts and having a simple shape and a fuel tank using the same. SOLUTION: This check valve 30 is mounted on an inner wall face of a fuel tank 10 having a tank main body 12 storing fuel and in the vicinity of a discharge port of a fuel pouring pipe in which fuel is discharged into the tank main body 12. The check valve 30 has a seat face 33b formed along a peripheral fringe part of the discharge port 22b and is provided with a fixing member 32 for fixing it on the inner wall face and a valve plate 40. The check valve 30 is fixed on a side wall part 15 of the tank main body 12 by the fixing member 32 by welding.
