PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide building sound insulation floor structure capable of promoting sound insulation performance to a lightweight floor impulsive sound and being manufactured at a low cost without lowering floor strength. SOLUTION: A floor substrate material 4 constituted of a layered body of a flexible synthetic resin foam 6 having a dynamic spring constant 3*10↑6N/m↑3 to 2*10↑8N/m↑3, and a flexible plate 7 capable of being nailed is placed on a concrete slab 2 in a state to set a level adjusting material 3, and in floor structure 1 laying floor finishing material 5 thereon, an installation area of the flexible synthetic resin foam 6 is set 5 to 65% of the total area of the floor, and the dynamic spring constant for the whole floor is so adjusted to be 1*10↑6N/m↑3 to 1*10↑8N/m↑3.
