PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat and reutilize a residue liquid produced by processing of an agricultural, forestry or livestock product and containing an organic substance suspended therein and a distillation residue, etc., of a liquor. SOLUTION: An adequate amount of casein is added to a processing residue of a suspended agricultural, forestry or livestock product or a distillation residue of Shochu (a low-class distilled spirit), etc., and the resultant mixture is stirred. The temperature and pH, as necessary, are regulated in order to promote the reaction and an adequate amount of a reactant such as magnesium chloride is then added to stir the resultant mixture. The casein is precipitated and separated from water while aggregating the suspended processing residue. Thereby, a dehydrating treatment is carried out and the resultant material is dried and supplied as a feed for livestock, etc., or a raw material for the feed. Water produced by the dehydrating treatment is treated according to a conventional method and extraction is carried out for an example in which active ingredients are present. As a result thereof, environmental pollution due to dumping at sea or incineration, etc., which are conventionally performed can be eliminated. |
