PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food capable of improving or preventing symptoms of the nose and eyes caused by pollen antigens having no adverse effects by using food as a starting material. SOLUTION: Symptoms of the nose and eyes caused by pollen antigens are improved or prevented by using a product obtained by enzyme processing and heat processing lactobacilli belonging to the genus Enterococcus. As this processed product of lactobacilli has no adverse effects and is capable of being brought to powder, it can be not only singly used but mixed with already existing foods.
