PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in flexibility and hardly causing whitening in a bent portion by compounding a polyolefinic resin and a hydrogenated diene-based copolymer and setting a complex dynamic viscosity and a Newtonian viscosity index each to a specific value. SOLUTION: The subject resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefinic resin (A) and 10-1,000 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated diene-based copolymer (B), and has a complex dynamic viscosity (250 deg.C) of not higher than 1.5×105 poise and a Newtonian viscosity index of not higher than 0.67. The ingredient B comprises a vinyl aromatic compound polymer block (M) and a hydrogenated block (N). The total content (T) of the vinyl aromatic compound units in the ingredient B is 10-18 wt.%. The ratio (S) of the content of the vinyl aromatic compound units in the ingredient M to the content (T) is at least 3%. The ratio (V) of the number of hydrogenated conjugated diene units having a 2C or higher side chain to the number of all hydrogenated conjugated diene units is at least 60%. T, S and V satisfy the relation represented by the equation: V<=0.375×S+1.25×T+40. The hydrogenation rate of double bonds in the conjugated diene units is at least 80% and the number-average mol.wt. of the ingredient B is 50,000-400,000.
