PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic polyurethane further improved in neck-in phenomenon occurring in melt extrusion molding operation using a T-die extruder or the like and uneven thickness and/or cracks occurring in melt molding operation using a blow molding machine, and capable of giving molded products such as films or sheets excellent in adhesion to substrates in higher productivity. SOLUTION: This crystalline thermoplastic polyurethane is such as to be composed of polyether polyol unit 1,500-5,000 in number-average molecular weight, organic diisocyanate unit and chain extender unit, contain >=1.5 wt.% of nitrogen atoms, give an endothermic peak at 190-230 deg.C determined by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and have a crystallization enthalpy (ΔH) determined based on the endothermic peak of 1-15 J/g. Films or sheets are obtained using this thermoplastic polyurethane.
