PURPOSE: Provided are a resin injecting type fiber which is characterized by injecting a resin mixture into spun viscose rayon cloth, being light, not getting wet, being ventilated and being useful for covering propulsion charge and removing water pollutants such as green algae and oil, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The resin injecting type fiber is comprised of a spun viscose rayon cloth with injecting the resin mixture containing melamine resin and urea resin. The resin injecting type fiber is obtained by a process containing the steps of: preparing the spun viscose rayon cloth; injecting the resin mixture containing melamine resin and urea resin into the spun viscose rayon cloth uniformly; heating the injected spun viscose rayon cloth first; and then heating the heated spun viscose rayon cloth second.
