PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print solder paste accurately by a screen device. SOLUTION: In a screen printing apparatus wherein solder paste 5 is printed at a prescribed position on a base through the intermediary of a screen mask disposed on this base, a means 16 for detecting the printing pressure of a printing pattern printed on the base 1 through the screen mask on the occasion when the solder paste 5 is printed on the base 1 by sliding a squeegee part 13 in a state of being pressed on the screen mask 3, and a control means, are provided. An attack angle changing means 12 of the squeegee part 13 is controlled by this control means in accordance with the result of detection of the printing pressure by the detecting means 16, so as to enable accurate printing of the solder paste 5 at the printing position. |
