PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simultaneous measurement device of a respiration rate and a heart rate capable of simultaneous measurement in the state of not restraining a testee with high reliability and accuracy. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a vibration detection sensor 12 directly or indirectly abutted on the body for detecting vibration from the body and a signal processing means 13 for applying a low-pass filter 14 to time sequential output signals yi from the vibration detection sensor 12, measuring the respiration rate from the peak interval of the obtained time sequential output signals xi, applying a high-pass filter 16 to the time sequential output signals yi from the vibration detection sensor 12, obtaining time other than 0 for supplying the first maximum value equal to or more than a prescribed level of an autocorrelation function to the obtained time sequential output signals wi and measuring the heart rate.
