PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow inventory even when inventory data does not exist on a shelf though there are load on the shelf, by detecting existence of the load for a first shelf, and, when there is a load, delivering the load to a receiving table and collating the contents of the load with inventory data. SOLUTION: In an inventory work, a keyboard 31 is operated, a controller 30 is set to an inventory work mode, and a shelf address range data is inputted. An order of inventories of a plurality of next concerned shelves 13 is calculated, the shelf 13 to receive the initial inventory operation is specified, and a stacker crane 16 is driven in order to deliver a load on the shelf 13 to a receiving table 15. When a fork 22 performs a load catching operation for the shelf 13 during this delivery operation, a load existing sensor 50 detects existence of the load on the fork 22. When there is a load, the load is delivered to the receiving table 15, the contents of the load is collated with inventory data. In the case of unmatching, inventory data is modified, and then an inventory operation on the next shelf is performed. |
