PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral intake preparation which can be expected to have an anti-tumor effect, can easily be taken, and comprises shark cartilage, and to provide an oral intake preparation together using the above preparation and an IL-12 inducing substance. SOLUTION: This preparation for oral intake comprises finely powdery shark cartilage and can be expected to have an anti-tumor effect. Therein, the powdery shark cartilage contains particles having particle diameters of <=32 μm in an amount of >=99.5 wt.%. The preparation comprises the above preparation and an IL-12 inducing substance.
