PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject treatment apparatus capable of inexpensively and efficiently removing dioxins or an endocrine disrupter in water to be treated. SOLUTION: This treatment apparatus of hardly decomposable org. matter-containing water is equipped with a flocculation device for applying flocculation treatment to water to be treated containing hardly decomposable org. matter to obtain flocculation treated water, a solid-liquid separation device for separating the flocculation treated water into solid-liquid separation treated water containing the hardly decomposable org. matter and a soluble substance and a suspended substance, a biological treatment device for reducing the hardly decomposable org. matter in the solid-liquid separation treated water and converting a part of the soluble substance to a suspensible substance to obtain biologically treated water, a membrane separator for separating biologically treated water into membrane treated water containing the hardly decomposable org. matter and a suspensible pollution substance, and an accelerated oxidation treatment device for applying oxidation accelerating treatment to the membrane treated water to oxidize and decompose the hardly decomposable org. matter to obtain treated water. |
