PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a seat face of a seat plate installed on a bathtub as much as possible and decrease a bending deformation even when a person rides thereon by locating the central position of the seat plate in the width direction of the bathtub nearer to the sidewall side of a floor than to the center of the width of the bathtub and extending the seat plate between both the sidewalls of the bathtub. SOLUTION: The length L of a seat face 2 in the direction of width of a bathtub is half or less of the width W of the bathtub. The seat face 2 is located nearer to the sidewall part of the floor of the bathtub. That is, the central position of a seat plate 4 in the width direction of the bathtub is located nearer to the sidewall side of the floor than to the center of the width W of the bathtub and the seat plate is extended between both the sidewalls of the bathtub, so that a bending deformation is hardly generated due to the weight of a person who rides on the seat plate 4. Further, the height of the seat face does not depend on the dimension of diameter of a frame part 7 and the dimension of the diameter and thickness can be freely selected so as to have a sufficient strength. Thus, even when a person rides on the seat face 2, the seat plate is not greatly bent with safety. Further, since the back configuration of the seat face 2 is flat and simple, a good cleaning propery is obtained. |
