PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the content of carbonic acid gas dissolved in beer in compliance with one's taste, by extruding beer outside of a tank while pressurizing it by carbon dioxide gas and an inert gas mixed together in a mixer in which the mixing ratio of the beer in the tank can be changed stepwise or continuously. SOLUTION: A mixer 6 and a tank 1 are connected through a supply line 9 of a mixed gas A CO2 gas flow rate selection part constituted of a CO2 gas flow rate selection line 12 formed of a plurality of capillaries and a changeover cock 13 is provided in a CO2 gas line 10. The changeover cock 13 is chiefly constituted of a rotary member, fixed member, and a manual dial. A groove communicating with the CO2 gas line is formed in the rotary member to always supply CO2 gas having a specified pressure. A plurality of through holes corresponding to the capillaries are formed in the fixed member. The combination of the groove of the rotary member and the through hole of the fixed member is varied by the operation of the manual dial and the mixing ratio of CO2 gas and N2 gas is varied stepwise.
