PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding hardware to repeatedly use a material used for binding by providing a rotary spindle fitting hole in both tips of a U-shaped body, assembling a rotary spindle in these fitting holes, passing a tension bolt having a rope hook in its tip through a tension bolt passing hole in the rotary spindle, and fitting the bolt using a tightening nut. SOLUTION: A rotary spindle fitting hole is provided in both tips of a U-shaped body 1 having a curved part 6 as a string passing and fitting part, and a rotary spindle 2 is turnably fitted to the rotary spindle fitting hole. A tension bolt passing hole is provided in a center part of the rotary spindle 2, a tension bolt 3 integratedly provided with a rope hook 4 on its tip is passed through the tension bolt passing hole, and a tightening nut 5 to adjust the longitudinal position of the tension bolt 3 with respect to the rotary spindle 2 is fitted thereto to form a binding hardware. During the use, one ring of the rope is passed through the string passing and fitting part, the other ring is stretched around a material to be bound, its tip is hooked to the rope hook 4, and temporarily bound, and then, the tightening nut 5 is tightened to complete the binding.
