PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of oppression by adjusting a width of guards according to a physical constitution of a child by freely opening/closing the left/right guards to a seat. SOLUTION: A junior seat is placed on a cushion of a car, guards 2 are brought down by releasing locking of locking levers 4 to recessed parts 6, and projections 5 of the locking levers 4 are pressed to and fitted in the recessed parts 6 by standing the guards 2 by sitting down on the seat 1 to maintain the body in a safe posture by wearing a shoulder belt and a waist belt provided in the car by inserting these belts into seat belt guides 7 of the mutually opposing guards 2. To the contrary, at getting out time, a child can easily come out of the junior seat by bringing down the guards 2 outside by removing the projections 5 of the locking levers 4 from the recessed part 6 of either one guard 2 after releasing a seat belt. When arranging the recessed parts 6 by two places or more than that, an allowance of the seat can be adjusted according to a pysical constitution by changing an angle of the guards 2 so that the child can properly use the seat belt without having a sense of oppression and a crammed feeling.
