SOLUTION: When a bill is put into the bill input port 3a of a medal feeder 3, medals of the quantity corresponding to the bill are dispensed. The dispensed medals are transferred from a medal feed port formed on the side surface of the medal feeder 3 to a medal passage 2d through a connection passage 2h. The tip of the medal passage 2d is located so as to be opened to the front surface of a game machine 2, and the fed medals are fallen and stored in a medal receiving tray 2c arranged under the opening part of the medal passage 2d.
