摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aggregate or a raw material for a molded product from waste plastics discharged as general or industrial waste and incineration ash, and/or the like, by crushing a single material or a mixture of plural materials of any kind of waste plastics into a crushed plastic material and mixing the crushed material with incineration ash, and/or the like. SOLUTION: The recycling process of such waste plastics and waste materials into this aggregate, or the like, comprises: mixing 1-95% of crushed waste plastics with an appropriate amount of incineration ash, bag filter ash and/or glass/pottery fragments to obtain a mixture; further mixing the mixture with 1-95% of a water-soluble adhesive, 1-95% of quick lime and 1-95% of cement on the basis of 1-95% of the waste plastics to form a mixed material; and molding the resulting mixed material into a raw material for various products, wherein preferably, such waste plastics are mixed with a single material of incineration ash, a single material of bag filter ash or glass/pottery fragments to obtain a mixture and the mixture is further mixed with 1-95% of a water-soluble adhesive, 1-95% of quick lime and 1-95% of cement on the basis of 1-95% of the waste plastics to form a mixed material and the resulting mixed material is molded into a raw material for various products. Thus, pollution problems due to incineration disposal of waste plastics or environmental and social problems due to landfill disposal of incineration ash, bag filter? ash and/or glass/pottery fragments can be solved/and concurrently, a large amount of the above waste plastics, incineration ash, and the like., can be disposed at a low cost without causing any pollution, so that various products are derived from these waste materials and contribution to the effective utilization of resources is performed.</p>
