PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion to an adherend, while ensuring excellent hiding properties, in regard to a decorative sheet having a pattern print layer on the rear side of a transparent thermoplastic resin sheet. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet has a constitution wherein a pattern print layer 2 and a hiding resin layer 3 constituted of the mixture of an ionizing radiation crosslinking resin and a non-crosslinking resin are laminated sequentially on a surface to be made the rear side of a transparent thermoplastic resin sheet 1. The transparent thermoplastic resin sheet may be subjected further to a decoration processing with an indentation pattern 5, a topcoat layer or the like.
