PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a producing process and to produce a hardly deformable Flesnel lens. SOLUTION: Die bases 21a, 21b are respectively arranged to the attaching plate 20 of a fixed press mechanism and the attaching plate 20b of a movable press mechanism and a heat insulating material 22b, a cushion material 23b, a cooling unit 24b, a heating unit 25b, a mold, a mirror surface plate, a heating unit 25a, a cooling unit 24a, a cushion material 23a and a heat insulating material 22a are respectively arranged in succession from the side of the movable press mechanism and a resin plate is inserted in the gap between the mold and the mirror surface plate and heated by the heating units 25a, 25b to be subjected to press molding and the molded object is cooled by the cooling units 24a, 24b while held to a press state before demolded.
