SUBSTANCE: according to first version, method involves sorting, washing and drying dried grape, dried apricots and walnut cores; mixing mentioned components and grinding in mincer or in mill; introducing 8 wt. % of flax oil into obtained mass containing, wt. %: dried grape 40, dried apricots 40, walnut core 12; mixing and packing pasty product in glass cans. Second version of method differs from first version in that amount of mass containing dried grape, dried apricots and walnut cores is 70 wt. %. Method involves introducing 20 wt. % of natural honey, 4 wt. % of ground sealing and 6 wt. % of licorice root; grinding obtained mass in mincer or mill and packing in glass cans. Third version differs from second version in that amount of mass containing dried grape, dried apricots and ground walnut cores is 59 wt. %. Method involves introducing 20 wt. % of natural honey, 2 wt. % of ground sealing, 1 wt. % of licorice root, 2 wt. % of squash, 9 wt. % of citrus; grinding obtained mass in mincer or mill; introducing flax oil in an amount of 7 wt. %; packing in glass cans. Method allows wider range of biologically active product to be obtained. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved organoleptical properties and prolonged storage time of food product. 3 cl |
