PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly which has a stew flavor and a smooth texture and can be eaten in a dessert feeling. SOLUTION: This jelly which has a uniform tissue and a stew flavor is obtained by preparing a stew from meat, vegetables, a seasoning and spices as raw materials, finely grinding solid contents, adding a gelling agent, uniformly dissolving, charging the obtained solution into a container and then solidifying the charged solution. The solid contents of the stew are preferably ground into particle diameters of <=3 mm, preferably <=1 mm. |
