PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser irradiation device capable of effectively irradiating a target area positioned at a deep part with laser beams while easily and surely preventing the damage of normal tissues in contact with a device surface. SOLUTION: This laser irradiation device is provided with a long-length main body, a freely bendable bend part provided or attached on the tip of the main body, an optical fiber 103 slidably installed inside the main body and the bend part for making the laser beams be incident from a base end and emitting the laser beams from the tip sideward or obliquely and a bend operation means for bending the bend part to a prescribed curvature and forming a bent track where the tip of the optical fiber is slid.
