发明名称 RADIATION IRRADIATION CATHETER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary irradiation and exposure of radiation against the blood vessel wall around a strictured lesion part by placing a metallic molding to the proximal side of the position of a catheter shaft to place a radiation means at a strictured lesion part in an intravascular radiation catheter to irradiate radiation using an isotope. SOLUTION: An inner tube 23 to pass and guide a radiation irradiation means 5 is fitted on a monorail type catheter with a lumen for guide wire in which the guide wire passes through only on the tip end. The inner tube 23 is made by forming the distal end inner tube 24' by extrusion molding of high density polyethylene and fusing together to connect it to the proximal inner tube 24 made by extrusion molding of dispersed metallic power of gold, platinum, iridium, palladium, etc. In s state a plug made of high density polyethylene is plugged into the tip end of the inner tube 23, the inner tube small piece for guide wire is made to about on the tip end part of the inner tube 23 to join with by high frequency induction heating to make this catheter.
