PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of being easily constructed and having a good reproducibility of not only color information but also gloss or non-gloss information in the system for faithfully forming the image to be reproduced on a medium to be recorded based on two pieces of image information by taking in color information and gloss or non-gloss information from the image and to optimize the image intended to be reproduced when the gloss or a rugged state is different according to a site of the image. SOLUTION: Heat fusion bondable particles are contained in an image recording layer of a medium to be recorded, the particles are fused by heating, and a gloss is developed based on gloss information of the image. Heat formable particles are contained in the image recording layer of the medium, the particles are foamed by heating, and non-gloss is developed base don non-gloss information of the image. Further, the gloss information or the non-gloss information is converted to thermal energy of a thermal head to record the image. Moreover, the image recording layer is used as an ink receiving layer, and as an image forming method based on color information, an ink jet recording system is used. |
