PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side part fixing hardware of a metallic heat insulating inner wall frame capable of attaching a side part of the metallic heat insulating inner wall frame to a framework easily and favorably. SOLUTION: This side part fixing hardware of a metallic heat insulating inner wall frame is provided with a panel locking part 2, an insertion plate 3, and an insertion locking plate 5 made of a thin plate in a tip part of the insertion plate 3 and has a front part framework locking part 5A in which a tip part of the insertion locking plate 5 is bent so as to have a substantially L-shaped cross section, an L-shaped projecting part 5Aa protrudes on the same side as a side face on one side f the insertion plate 3, and a claw plate 5Ab protrudes and is provided in a part of the projecting part 5Aa, a rear part framework locking part 5B in which a rear end part of the insertion locking plate 5 is bent and formed in such a way that a projecting part 5Ba protrudes on the same side as a side where the projecting part 5Aa protrudes, and a plate spring 5C formed on the opposite side to a side where the projecting parts 5Aa, 5Ba protrude between the rear part framework locking part 5B and the front part framework locking part 5A.
