PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by making a housing box such as a door trim pocket from a small number of components. SOLUTION: The housing box is provided with a recessed section 12 in a trim board 11 and a lid body 13 to cover the recessed section 12. The lid body 13 is provided with side wall sections 13b and 13c along the side wall sections 12a and 12b of the recessed section 12 inside the lid body 13, and the side wall sections 13b and 13c are provided with support pins 13d and 13e. The support pins 13d and 13e are fitted in the support holes 12e and 12f made in the side wall sections 12a and 12b of the recessed section 12 for support. A first support hole 12e is made into a long hole-like shape extending upward, and a second support hole 12f is made into a nearly L-like bent shape, and a torsion spring 15 is installed between the second support pin 13e fitted in the second support hole 12f and the hooking section 12g of the recessed section 12 to open and close the lid body 13 in two-stage operation. The housing box comprises the molding trim board 11, lid body 13 and the torsion spring 15.
