SOLUTION: This method for producing a hologram cosmetic comprises carrying out a punching processing or a cutting processing of a hologram film, thereby providing many small pieces 1 of the hologram film and formulating the resultant small pieces 1 in a cosmetic base 10 containing a pigment, etc. The method may comprises a step for carrying out a film coating processing of the small pieces 1 of the hologram films with a resin.
