摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality coal ash slurry material production process which enables the supply of an inexpensive coal slurry material by using a combination of plural kinds of industrial waste, each having a low utilization rate, for the production. SOLUTION: This production process fundamentally comprises: adding electric furnace reduction slag to coal ash, in an amount sufficient to provide a 1-100%, or desirably 3-50% ratio of the weight of the slag to the weight of the coal ash; mixing them together by a mixing machine 1 to form a mixture; conveying the mixture to a mixing/kneading machine 3 through a raw material hopper 2; and in the mixing/kneading machine 3, adding water to the mixture and kneading them together, to obtain a kneaded material and to form the kneaded material into a slurry material; wherein enhanced material strength is effected by adding water in two separate steps, or pulverizing the electric furnace reduction slag into pulverized slag having particle size similar to that of the coal ash and then adding the pulverized slag to the coal ash, and also, the objective coal ash slurry material can easily be produced by further adding bentonite or carboxymethylcellulose to the mixture, in an amount sufficient to provide a 1-5% ratio of the weight of such an additive to the weight of the coal ash.</p>
