PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet formed of a thermoplastic sheet containing a physical foaming agent whereon a synthetic resin film is bonded releasably, on which the peeling of the synthetic resin film is hard to be generated when the sheet is thermoformed and the synthetic resin film can be easily peeled by hands to provide the laminated sheet with superior recycle properties, and also provide a container of superior recycle properties. SOLUTION: A non-foamable sheet composed of a thermoplastic resin in the same family of a base resin of the foamed sheet as its base resin is bonded firmly at least on one face of a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet containing a physical foaming agent, and a synthetic resin film is bonded separably on a non-foamable sheet surface, and a container is formed by thermoforming the laminated sheet with its synthetic resin film side facing inside.
