PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject protein useful for the diagnosis, etc. of an autoimmune disease, etc. by preparing a procaryotic host cell containing a DNA respectively encoding a ribonucleic acid component and a proteinic component of a ribonucleoprotein and expressing the DNA. SOLUTION: This method is the recombinational production of a ribonucleoprotein (e.g. SSA60 ribonucleoprotein) and comprises preparing a procaryotic host cell containing at least one kind of DNA capable of encoding a ribonucleic acid component (e.g. HY-RNA) of the ribonucleoprotein and at least one kind of DNA capable of encoding a proteinic component of the ribonucleoprotein, then expressing the DNAs under conditions for producing the ribonucleoprotein subsequently isolating the expressed ribonucleoprotein and thereby producing the objective ribonucleoprotein useful for the diagnosis, etc. of an autoimmune disease SLE(systemic lupus erythematosus), etc. |
