PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-curing type liquid resin composition excellent in high speed coating properties and cured film characteristics and having low water absorption and useful as a coating material for optical fibers. SOLUTION: This radiation-curing type liquid resin composition specifically contains a reaction product obtained by reacting (A) a polyether expressed by the formula: CH2=CRCOO(CmH2mO)nH (R is H or methyl; m is 2-6; n is 6-100) with (B) a diisocyanate having two isocyanate groups in a molecule in a molar ratio of the ingredient (A)/the ingredient (B)=1.8-2.2/1.
