PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the strength of laminated paper by providing a plurality of press machines on the same line and successively feeding laminates laminated by paste in the adjacent press machine at a time interval completing lamination, and pressing the laminates for the same time to feed them at the same time. SOLUTION: For example, an initial press machine 3, an intermediate press machine 4 and a finish press machine 5 are provided on the same line, and laminates 1 are pressed by cylinders 6, pistons 7 and pressure plates 8. The laminates 1 are moved by feeders 9 and each of the laminates is formed by applying paste to the ridgelines of both papers to laminate the coated papers. The press time of the initial press machine 3 is made same to the forming time of each laminate 1 and, even if the press time of the initial press machine is insufficient, the press time is compensated by the next intermediate press machine 4. As final pressing, the laminates are sent into the finish machine 5 and paste is further dried to enhance the strength of laminated paper. By this constitution, the press time of one press machine is reduced and all of the feeders 9 are synchronized to perform pressing for the same time at the same time by all of the press machines.
