PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone valve joining pin for fixing a bone valve without being projected to the outer surface or inner surface of the bone valve and the skull. SOLUTION: This bone valve joining pin 1 is provided with a screw part 2 for being screwed to the joining surface of either one of the bone valve and the skull and the pin head part 4 of a diameter larger than the screw part embedded in a pin insertion groove formed on the bone surface of the other skull or bone valve where the screw part is not screwed and a pin middle part 3 with a flange part 5 is provided between the screw part and the pin head part. After the pin middle part and the pin head part are inserted and embedded in the pin insertion groove, putty is filled and the bone valve is joined to the skull. Thus, since the bone valve joining pin is not projected from the bone surface of the skull or the bone valve, the head skin of a bone valve fixing part after bone valve restoration is laid flat on the bone surface without being raised and becomes inconspicuous on the surface.
