PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an airtight retaining layer excellent in airtightness and enable an easy and efficient spraying work by forming an airtight retaining layer in the indoor side of a backing wall constituting a fumigating chamber and using an extra- rapidly curable urethane elastic body for spraying as the airtight layer. SOLUTION: In a steel framed structure, not a direct connection of a backing wall 1 and an airtight retaining layer 2, but spray foaming is partly applied by spraying an in-situ foaming urethane raw material on a position having a large cavity such as a gap S1 between a deck plate 16 of a ceiling face and a bracing structural steel frame 15, a gap S2 between the bracing structural steel frame 15 and the backing wall 1, and corners between vertical corner parts of vertical members, PC boards, ALC boards, etc., and a floor face, etc., to form a filling material layer 20. Further, an extra-rapidly curable urethane elastic body raw material is sprayed from thereabove to form the airtight retaining layer 2. In this time, it is also applicable that the in-situ foaming urethane raw material is sprayed on the flat surface as well, and subsequently, the extra-rapidly curable urethane elastic body raw material is sprayed to form the airtight retaining layer 2.
