PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure easy to assemble and not injuring an assembling person. SOLUTION: A lid structure is equipped with an opening member 12 having an opening 12a, a lid main body 14 provided with respect to the opening member 12 so as to be freely revolvable between a closed position closing the opening 12a and an open position opening the opening 12a, a lid holding means 20 for holding the lid main body 14 to the closed position in an openable manner and the elastomer 16 interposed between the opening member 12 and the lid main body 14 and constituted so that the outer peripheral surface thereof is pressed by the opening member 12 or the lid main body 14 accompanied by the movement of the lid main body 14 from the open position to the closed position to be depressed inwardly to accumulate elastic force and revolving the lid main body 14 from the closed position to the open position by the accumulated elastic force when the holding of the lid main body 14 to the closed position by the lid holding means 20 is released.
