PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring/mixing apparatus capable of preventing the remaining of an injected fluid in the vicinity of an injection port or the backward flow of the injected fluid to an injection route to ensure determinate quantity properties. SOLUTION: A nozzle device 12 provided with an on-off valve 11 subjected to on-off operation in the vicinity of the inner side surface of a casing 1 is attached to an injection port 10 communicating with the mixing chamber of a stirring/mixing apparatus. A predetermined amt. of an injected fluid is scraped off by the vibration plate 3b of a stirring element to prevent the remaining of the fluid in the vicinity of the injection port 10 or the backward flow thereof to an injection route 10a.
