PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition suitable for a molding product having strength and heat resistance sufficient in practical application and improved in safety and a problem of smell by making the composition include a fiber base, a nonlinear unsaturated polyester (polyamide) and a free radical generator. SOLUTION: This composition comprises at least (A) a fiber base (e.g. an inorganic fiber such as glass fiber or an organic fiber such as synthetic fiber, natural fiber, etc.), (B) (i) a nonlinear unsaturated polyester (a di- or polyhydric alcohol component, a carboxylc acid component such as a bi- or polyfunctional carboxylic acid, carboxylic acid anhydride, carboxylic acid ester, etc., and an addition polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer as raw material monomers) and/or (ii) a nonlinear unsaturated polyester polyamide (obtained by compounding the monomers used in the component (i) with an amine-based monomer and (C) a free radical generator (e.g. peroxide-based, persulfate-based, azo-based free radical generator, etc.). The preferable amounts of the components are 29-99 wt.% of the component A, 0.5-70 wt.% of the component B and 0.1-30 wt.% of the component C.
