PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide towel for dental and oral therapy that is suited for use in performing dental or oral therapy and treatment and a method for using the same, the towel capable of not only preventing staining of clothes but also preventing water droplets and dirt from clinging to a werarer's face and head, while allowing the wearer to wipe away water droplets and dirt and to use it as a blindfold over a long time. SOLUTION: This towel 1 has a through hole 2 bored approximately in its center which is large enough to enable a human mouth part 3 to be exposed therethrough. In this case, dental or oral therapy and treatment are performed while the towel 1 is transversely put over a human face and the mouth part 3 is exposed through the through hole 2, with both ends of the towel 1 folded back forward so that corners 1c, 1d on the upper sides of both ends approximately overlap each other on a collar.
