PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate only a length necessary for cutting and retain the rest in a bundled state by spirally winding up the subsequent raw in a long material in turn to form a plurality of rows of record winds and bundling each row separably from each other while radially connecting every whole row of record winds. SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of circular parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are bundled by a plurality of bands B at four peripheral positions and these parts are bundled by the band B at three positions in the four positions and these parts are bundled by the band B at the rest one position so as to mutually connect together while separating them from each other by a plurality of bands B. Hence, only a circular part of a row corresponding to a required cut length can be separated from other circular parts and a long article can be cut in a required length. In this way, it is unnecessary that the rest long articles are retained so as not to come apart and the cutting work is simplified. As the rest articles do not come apart, they can be stored without bundling them again.
