PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall fixing tool for endoscope to fix walls of two internal organs endoscopically at the state of close contact. SOLUTION: An endoscope is inserted through the mouth, its tip is positioned in the duodenum 22 so as to be at the region where the duodenum 22 and common bile duct 21 come closest, then a radio knife and others are inserted through the endoscope 5 channel, and boring 23 is performed up to the duodenum 22 and common bile duct 21. On the other hand, a fixture having the first and second rod-like members 2 and 3, the first and second cord-like members 4 and 5, and a fixing member 6 is assembled in an insertion part of a retaining device, and the insertion part is inserted into the boring 23 through the endoscopic channel. And a series of retaining operation of the fixture is conducted, the second rod-like member 3 is sent into the common bile duct 21, the first rod-like member 2 is sent into the duodenum 22, the fixing member 6 is pushed therein by manipulating a loop 7 at the open side of the first cord- like member 4, the first rod-like member 2 and second rod-like member 3 are pulled nearer and the duodenum 22 and common bile duct 21 are stuck and fixed. |
