PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical guide wire that is excellent in visual recognition property with a fiberscope within the human body and eases to locate the wire guide when inserted into or taken out of the body. SOLUTION: This wire is provided with a core material 11 having a tip portion A with a diameter smaller than the base side, a median portion B that follow this tip portion A, extends to the base side and forms the portion to be inserted into the human body, and a base end portion C that follows this median portion B, extends further to the base side and forms the portion to be not inserted into the human body. This core material 11 has been coated with synthetic resin films 21, 22 and 23, a spiral pattern 21a has been formed at least on the synthetic resin film 21 applied on the median portion B, and no pattern has been formed on at least either one of the synthetic resin film 22 applied on the tip portion A and the systhetic resin film 23 applied on the base end portion C. |
