PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaeration-sealing apparatus, a cylinder, and a deaeration-sealing method wherein the apparatus can be simply used even for domestic use, a maintenance term is long, and especially a heater part is durable. SOLUTION: The deaeration-sealing apparatus includes a deaerator provided inside a body 1, a mechanism for pinching a bag-like body to be sealed, a cylinder for allowing the interior of the bag-like body to be deaerated by the deaerator, and a heating means 2 which can pinch the bag-like body while the cylinder is inserted into the bag-like body to heat-weld the pinched portion of the bag-like body. The heating means 2 comprises a sheath heater.
