PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve natural environment in an environment improvement object zone without requiring an energy source by installing an environment improving layer forming body having a plurality of air permeable parts in a vicinity of the environment improvement object zone and adsorbing and removing suspended matters in air passing through the ventilation parts on surfaces of the ventilation parts. SOLUTION: Supposing a vehicle(v) is an environment improvement object matter A and a road surface (automobile traffic lane) C is an environment improvement object matter B, a fence-like environment improvement layer forming body X is installed on the zone B so as to enclose both sides of the road surface C in parallel state. That is, the forming body X is formed by arranging a plurality of fence modules in an erected state along the road surface C and fixing them by fastening members such as bolts, or the like. The fence module is formed by assembling an arbitrary number of protection fence layers and adsorption fence layers having different purposes and functions and air permeability in a metal frame having weather resistance. The protection fence is oriented inward to the road surface C. |
