PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the monitoring of the health state of a person and contacting at the time of emergency. SOLUTION: A ring sensor 1 provided with an emergency button 2 is attached to a finger and a vital sign for indicating the health state of the person is monitored all the time and transmitted to a receiver 3 by radio waves. When the emergency button 2 is pressed, transmission is also performed to the receiver 3 by the radio waves. The reception output of the receiver 3 is inputted to a communication terminal 4. Also, when the emergency button 2 is pressed, emergency contacting is immediately performed to a control center 5 and the vital sign is simultaneously transmitted. When there is abnormality in the vital sign, the emergency contacting is performed to the control center 5.
