PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the powdery hydration reaction product of an epoxidized dienic block copolymer, which can be produced by an industrially excellent method and has a high adhesion strength to substrates. SOLUTION: This powdery hydration reaction product of an epoxidized dienic block copolymer is obtained by treating the epoxidized dienic block copolymer in the presence or absence of a catalyst in a three component-based mixture solvent comprising a good solvent, a poor solvent except water, and water at a high temperature to hydrate 5 to 80 mol.% of epoxy groups in the copolymer.
