PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of a regeneration liquid resulted from foaming or bumping of a liquid solvent in a distillation regenerator wherein recovery and regeneration of the liquid solvent are carried out by distillation regeneration. SOLUTION: An upper part of an electric heater 19 arranged in a lower part of an evaporation tank 13 is exposed above from a liquid face of a liquid solvent 11, and a defoaming part 192 is constituted by increasing a coil diameter. Though a foam 30 is generated by foaming and bumping of the liquid solvent 11 in distillation regeneration, the foam 30 is extinguished by getting in contact with a defoaming part 192 of the electric heater 19. By so extinguishing the foam 30, deterioration of quality of a regenerated solvent due to intrusion of the foam 30 containing a stain component into a condenser 18 is prevented.
