PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment assembly device to easily and rapidly position reinforcing segments. SOLUTION: A segment holder 35 is provided on a moving body movable in the axial direction of a tunnel provided on a supporting platform 12 of a working truck 4 freely traveling in the tunnel via an oscillating body 24 which is movable in the transverse section of the tunnel, a rod member 26, an oscillating member 29 and a turning member 32, and a reinforcing segment S can be positioned in the axial direction of the tunnel only by controlling the moving body.
