PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the slipping-out of dust from a scraping mechanism and a section between screens. SOLUTION: The dust removing device has a screen 2 capturing dust mixed in flowing water W, a scraping mechanism 3 scraping-up and removing dust captured by the screen 2 from a lower section to an upper section and a dust discharge opening 4 formed on the upper side of the screen 2 and discharging dust. An elastic pressure mechanism 6 applying pressure to scraping-up is annexed to the scraping mechanism 3 scraping up dust up to the dust discharge opening at that time.
